Illinois’ Largest Public Interest Group Announces Endorsement of
President Barack Obama
(CHICAGO) – On Friday, February 10, 2012 the Citizen Action/Illinois Board of Directors voted to endorse Barack Obama for President of the United States of America.
“President Obama has proven to be our leader on the issues that we care deeply about; quality affordable health care for all, protecting consumers from predatory lending, and paving the way for rebuilding the middle class,” said William McNary, co-director of Citizen Action/Illinois. “We proudly endorse his second term for President of the United States.”
